Down, France unfolds like a magic carpet. The peaceful meanders of the Seine and its tributaries, the dark masses of the forests with curious geometrical forms, the multicolored checkerboard of the fields and meadows, the tiny and childish villages, the cities which defile the translucent clarity of the air of a stain of smoke hanging on the warm layers of the atmosphere... The sun burns through transparent cockpits, [...] and the exhaust gases condense into a thousand microscopic crystals. Everything is forgotten, fatigue, painful cramp in the loins, aches, cold that scratches the toes and fingers through leather, wool and silk..."

• Manual and original design
I was the very first one to conceptualize Isaac Salazar’s art.
To create book folding patterns I developped my own computer tools. But to control its feasibility, the creation of the pattern is mainly manual.
